Is the WiBAS app free?
Yes. The app is free to download and shop. Sellers open a shop for free with 1 product. The Pro plan is ₹2,500 per year for unlimited products.
Can I buy on this website?
No. This website only tells you about WiBAS. Shopping, orders, chat and payments all happen in the app, so download it from Google Play.
How do I pay?
You pay the maker directly by UPI, or cash on delivery where she offers it. WiBAS takes no commission from the sale.
Who can sell on WiBAS?
Women-owned businesses across India. Sign in with your phone number and complete a quick selfie and ID check before your shop goes live.
How do delivery and returns work?
Makers ship with any courier or deliver by hand nearby. For hand-delivered orders you share a delivery OTP at the door. Every product shows its return window, and you request a return from the order in the app.

No. Buyers and sellers talk inside the app. Your phone number and home address are never shown publicly.
