Delete your WiBAS account

You can delete your WiBAS account and personal data at any time.

In the app

• Open WiBAS and sign in.
• Go to Account, then tap “Delete account” and confirm.

By email

Write to support@wibas.in from your registered email, or with your registered mobile number, with the subject “Delete my account”.

What is deleted

Your profile, addresses, wishlist, saved collections, chat messages, reviews (shown as “Deleted user”), notification tokens and, for sellers, the shop, listings and photos. We complete deletion within 30 days and confirm by SMS or email.

What is kept

Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years because tax and consumer protection laws require it, and are not used for anything else.
