Terms of use
Last updated: 4 November 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and H8 Techverse LLP ("WiBAS", "we"), the operator of the WiBAS app and website.
1. Who can use WiBAS
- You must be 18 or older, or use WiBAS with a parent or guardian.
- Sellers must be women, or businesses owned and run by women, and must complete verification (identity, and FSSAI registration for food).
- You sign in with your mobile number (one-time password) or Google. Keep access to your account secure.
2. Our role
WiBAS is a marketplace. Each product or service is sold by the seller named on its page, who is responsible for its description, quality, legality, packing, delivery, invoice and taxes. We provide the platform, payments routing, order tracking, chat and support.
3. Orders and payments
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order.
- You can pay by UPI directly to the seller, cash on delivery where the seller offers it, or online payment through our payment partner (Razorpay).
- An order is a contract between you and the seller. The seller may cancel if an item is unavailable; any payment made is then refunded.
4. Seller plans
WiBAS charges no commission on sales. Sellers may buy an optional plan (for example the Seller plan at ₹2,500 per year) for extra listings and promotion. Plan fees are for platform access and are non-refundable once the plan is active, except where the law requires a refund or where we fail to provide the service.
5. Your content and conduct
- Do not list prohibited, counterfeit or unsafe items, or misuse chat, reviews or reports.
- Reviews must be honest and based on a real purchase.
- We may remove content, limit or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law, and we will tell you why. You can appeal within 30 days by writing to support@wibas.in.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to WiBAS in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
7. Changes and law
We will notify you in the app before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Nashik, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
